Our Conveyancers

Our operators are experienced, trained and qualified. We have three highly experienced conveyancers each with around twenty years conveyancing experience -

Julie Pugh is a Licensed Conveyancer and the Director and owner-operator of Lexus Conveyancing.  She commenced operation of the business in 2004.  Julie has completed a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing).   She is an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Victorian Division) and has had a long involvement in the industry, commencing in South Melbourne in 1981.

Fiona Stockdale is a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives and has completed an Associate Diploma of Business (Legal Practice).  She has more than 15 years of legal and conveyancing experience.

Juanita Caminiti commenced work as a legal secretary in the United Kingdom before emigrating to Australia in 1971. She has continued to work in the legal industry and has worked as a conveyancing secretary in the outer Eastern suburbs of Melbourne since 1987.

Tegan Distel is our junior conveyancer and office administrator.  She is the friendly voice you will hear when you call our office. She is currently completing a Diploma in Financial Services (Conveyancing).

Angela Bodin began handling our marketing and accounts administration. She has now developed a keen interest in conveyancing and is completing a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing).

Our Solicitors

Philip Linacre is the principal of Linacre Lawyers. He practices in property, commercial law, business law, intellectual property and is an acknowledged expert in franchising law. He commenced practice as a conveyancing solicitor in Albert Park in 1977.

Prof. Phillip Hamilton practices in property law, commercial litigation and franchising. He is a notary public and a specialist lawyer in business law. He commenced practice in 1974.
