Our Conveyancers

We have three highly experienced conveyancers each with around twenty years conveyancing experience -

Julie Pugh is the Director and owner-operator of Lexus Conveyancing. She commenced operation of the business in 2004. Julie has had a long involvement in the industry, commencing in South Melbourne in 1981. She is an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Victorian Division).

Naomi Gandolfo is a Certified Practising Conveyancer and a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (Victoria). She commenced in the industry in 1987 and operated her own conveyancing company for a period of 8 years. She is the current Vice President of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Victorian Division) and is a Victorian representative on the Australian Institute of Conveyancers National Council.

Juanita Caminiti commenced work as a legal secretary in the United Kingdom before emigrating to Australia in 1971. She continued to work in the legal industry and has worked as a conveyancing secretary in the outer Eastern suburbs of Melbourne since 1987.

Our Solicitors

Philip Linacre is the principal of Linacre Lawyers. He practices in property, commercial law, business law, intellectual property and is an acknowledged expert in franchising law. He commenced practice as a conveyancing solicitor in Albert Park in 1977.

Prof. Phillip Hamilton practices in property law, commercial litigation and franchising. He is a notary public and a specialist lawyer in business law. He commenced practice in 1974.
